Terms & Conditions

1.      Although every effort will be made to keep appointment times, they may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as heavy traffic and adverse weather conditions.

2.      I reserve the right to refuse services if it is deemed that there are unsafe working conditions.

3.      I may refuse a service that, in my opinion, is not in the best interests of the client i.e. colouring severely damaged hair.

4.      I reserve the right to cancel or postpone any booked service due to illness or misadventure that could occur. In such an event I will always endeavour to rearrange the appointment where possible

5.      Please note that any price given via telephone or email could be subject to change. When I have seen your hair and discussed your requirements a final price can be given.
